After releasing "Work" featuring Kevin Gates, Pittsburgh native Lua Proc recruits the G Unit South general Young Buck for his code of the streets anthem "Retarded." Produced by Stevie B, this is the latest song from the upcoming release "Fish Tailin" dropping Nov 6th via LiveMixtapes.
